Free SketchUp Styles

A clever way to enhance your final presentations is to use a special feature in  SketchUp called Styles. Styles are a collection of display settings with options like Watermarks and Sketchy Effects saved in the Styles Palette. If you have the Pro version of SketchUp you can use the Style Builder to create custom non-photo realistic (NPR) Styles for SketchUp. These NPR Styles can make your models appear hand-rendered, super-technical and everything in between. You can create, save, organize Styles and share them with others. With a single click, you can quickly apply a Style to any model.  At SketchUpArtists we have one of the largest collections of free SketchUp Styles available for download. We hope these visual libraries will be a useful reference and inspiration in your future creative process. These are our current Style collections which are available for free download.

Styles provide a unique way to visualize models within SketchUp. To learn more on how to create your own Styles, a good start would be to go through Aidan Chopra’s Google 3D Basecamp 2008 video session.

Just ordered Twilight yesterday after using the evaluation version for a couple of weeks and their website and forums went down and I’ve received no licensing info after a day.
I fear the worst. Disappointing cause I love this plugin and I really wanted to buy it.
    Hoping it’s temporary.
